How do Vitual Consultations work?

Your payment is applied towards your Virtual Consultation and product. You will have full access to Indi and her personal number 24/7! Indi is your "Virtual Aesthetician", she will be there for you whenever you need her.

Do you do virtual consults to people outside of Mackay?

Yes, Indi provides virtual consults for anyone in the QLD state.

How will I get in contact with you for our Virtual Appointment?

Indi will reach out to you via Facetime if you have an iPhone. Otherwise, please email Indi and she will provide you with a Zoom link.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally.

What is Acne Bootcamp?

Acne Bootcamp is a 12 week program that Indi has curated to become 100% effective for all types of acne. Acne bootcamp can be done in person and virtually (see virtual acne FAQ) If you are an in clinic patient, you will come in every 2 weeks for an acne peel and Indi will put you on a full acne regimen. Please be prepared to spend $600-$900 at your initial appointment for your full homecare. These products will last you the full duration of the program and even after. All of your products will run out at a different time, so don’t stress, you won’t be spending this much every 3 months.

Can I do Acne Bootcamp if I don’t live in QLD?

Yes, Indi offers Virtual Acne Bootcamp programs.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat rate of $25 per order. Free shipping kicks in on orders over $250.
We also offer free pickup if you live in the Mackay area.

Will I be getting treatments for Virtual Acne Bootcamp?

Lucky for you, Acne Bootcamp can be done 100% at home! Indi may recommend Vitamin A Gel to be used 3x a week at night for an at-home treatment, but results are guaranteed without any professional treatment.

What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19.

What happens if I cancel or reschedule several appointments?

Due to Indi's limited availability and ongoing waitlist we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

What happens during my Consultation?

Upon booking an in clinic consultation and treatment, you will have a 15-20 minute consultation with our Client Coordinator to fill out your medical history and discuss your skin concerns, and budget. The Client Coordinator will convey this information to Indi and from there you and Indi will create a treatment plan.

How much should I budget for a first time appointment?

We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$1000 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. Indi prefers for each and every one of her clients to be on a full regimen curated by her, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, Indi will most likely start you off with products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!

How do I know what treatment to book?

Book a Consultation if you are a first time client, if you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the office. It is best to book out 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.

How should I prepare for my first appointment?

Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as she will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.

What is your cancellation and rebooking policy?

Recognising that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation, email confirmation or a phone call, 5 days prior to appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount of the appointment.

If full payment is not received to do cancellation, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Just Magic.

Just Magic reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 48 hour advance notice.

A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. This includes your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all Consultations.

Will my card be charged if I book an appointment online?

For any first time client we require $350 for your consultation and treatment, this is non refundable nor is it transferable. If you are a returning client and book online it will charge your card the full amount of the treatment booked.

What if I don’t pay my cancellation or late fee?

You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Just Magic.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

To uphold the safest environment possible we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.If you cannot comply with this policy you may be asked to reschedule.

If you are under 18, you may have a guardian accompany you.

Can you recommend products virtually?

Yes! One of Indi's many skills is that she is a pro at curating effective and results driven skin care regimens. Please use our Booking Link to schedule a virtual consult with Indi and make sure you have a budget in mind and a bare face!

Can I repurchase products?

Yes. You can log into your Just Magic account dashboard to view your Order History. You will see a button to purchase again.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges on products?

No, once it leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
